Blackmoor Nurseries chooses NetDespatch to integrate shipping for three ecommerce websites

Blackmoor Nurseries is saving hours every day by eliminating the manual transfer of customer orders captured from its three ecommerce websites into its parcel despatch system. The savings have been made by using the unique NetDespatch integration tool ‚Connector‘. This enables customer orders entered into Blackmoor’s bespoke order management system to be seamlessly and transferred securely in real time to the NetDespatch platform for labelling and tracking, and then forwarded automatically to the nurseries’ APC Overnight courier, Trio Logistics.

“NetDespatch Connector watches for orders from the backend system that supports our three web sites, importing the orders and delivery addresses as soon as they are available, and automatically printing the correct labels for despatch. It saves a lot of time and labour as we no longer need to import the information by hand and then print out the individual consignment notes and labels. It probably used to take at least half a minute to produce a single consignment note and label manually. Now we can deal with all of the day’s orders in about the same time; that is a significant saving,” says Jon Munday, Nursery Manager, Blackmoor Nurseries.
