Loadr.pro presents cargo boxes for LEVs and cargo bikes

Loadr.pro will present its full product portfolio of cargo boxes for Light Electric Vehicles (LEVs) and cargo bikes during World of eMobility, on October 27, 28 and 29, 2022 at the EXPO in Haarlemmermeer – Greater Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Loadr.pro designs, engineers and manufacture these cargo boxes as OEM products for vehicle manufacturers, but logistics service providers and other organizations that have various models of cargo bikes and LEVs in use also know how to find Loadr.pro.

Loadr.pro has been operating for years as a manufacturer of cargo boxes for cargo bikes and Light Electric Vehicles, but has only been going public under this name for about a year. „In the more than 60 years that our company exists, we have gained a lot of knowledge in designing and manufacturing with aluminum profiles and lightweight sheet material. Thanks to this existing knowledge, we first started producing boxes for cargo bikes about ten years ago for a well-known Dutch cargo bike manufacturer. Nowadays, we produce various types of cargo boxes for various clients and have recently started doing so under the name Loadr.pro. In recent years, we have also developed a system specifically for the production of tailor-made cargo boxes for last-mile delivery vehicles. The Loadr.pro Basic system consists of a series of aluminum profiles, corresponding corner pieces, and hinges, handles and other accessories that, together with the lightweight panels, form the base.  With the Loadr.pro Basic system, any size of cargo boxes can be manufactured, no initial investment is required by the customer, and because the product is already developed and ready for production, the time to market is also even shorter than an entirely new cargo space for a cargo bike or LEV.

„We have already gone through design and engineering processes with many cargo bike and LEV manufacturers in recent years. We have also already produced several cargo boxes for vehicle manufacturers that we now often see on the road. By the way, not all of them are based on the Loadr.pro Basic system. In fact, we also offer clients the option of working with our team to develop an aluminum profile system that allows the cargo box to meet their desired individual and unique look and feel. During the entire process in such a case, we cooperate and advise where necessary in order to produce the final product as easily and cost-effectively as possible. In addition, we have also taken the step of developing and producing load compartments made of aluminum sheet metal, EPP or plastic,“ said Wouter Gefken, Technical Director of Loadr.pro.

Loadr.pro thus offers a total package of options for vehicle manufacturers who then only need to mount the cargo boxes on the vehicle. For buyers of LEVs and cargo bikes who purchase the vehicles as ‚flat beds,‘ Loadr.pro has also proven to be a good partner. This makes the company, with its own factory in The Hague, the manufacturer for cargo boxes for last-mile delivery vehicles with a capacity up to about 3,000 liters.

With the continuously growing library of Loadr.pro hinges, electronic locks, handles and other parts, there is always a suitable solution.
